AJ Dhali is an attorney specializing in employment law under Title VII, federal whistleblower laws, and federal wage claims, and other state employment law matters. He is a current member of the National Employment Lawyers Association  (NELA) and is also a present member of the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association (MWELA).  He started his employment law experience as a defense counsel, before moving to an in-house position, with the labor federation, “Change to Win.” He has been practicing employment law for the past 10 plus years, and is also a frequent advisor to small businesses on employment and wage matters. Dhali received his JD from New York Law School and his Bachelors in Philosophy from Fresno State.
